RCA P52771AT - ctc178 - lines top & bottom	Can't Post

I am working on this RCA Projection set that has 3 or 4 blurry lines at the top and at the bottom of the screen....the center of the picture is crisp and clear.....anyone ever run across anything like this before.....I sure could use some advice on this repair.

The 178 is a fairly old set, you probley just got some dryed out capacitors in the vertical curcuit
