RCA P56830BL Hourglass After Warming Up	Can't Post

Please Help! I have an RCA projection tv that distorts to an hourglass picture with different color variations after it warms up. When I enter the screen menu and select the the green centering option, the tv resets itself (goes black) and immediately returns (throws me out of the menu) to a correct picture. Then it does this all over again after a few minutes. This occurs on all channels as well as operating without attached devices (vcr, dvd, etc.)

Could have one of several problems, The main E-Prom may be corupt, or the power supply for the convergance board may be messed up, or the convergance board itself may be intermitant,, or a simple cap on the five volt line may be throwing the main micro into a fit.

Sound as if this ones over the weekenders head best run her to the shop
