RCA P60752EB problem...audio with no video

The chassis number is PTK169PJC
So far I have high voltage, but it is not driving the heaters on the guns. I cranked up all 3 G2's to see if I could produce a horizontal line. It did not do anything. I don't even have menu, channel, or volume verifications. I have been told to check componets around the flyback, but have found nothing.
Any suggestions? I was told that if I had high voltage, the splitter was fine.
