RCA PROJECTION TV	Can't Post

I HAVE A RCA HOME THEATRE PROJECTION TV.WHEN I TURN IT ON I HEAR THE RELAY CLICKING BUT THE TV DOES NOT TURN ON.I HAVE TRIED UNPLUGGING IT FOR 5 MINUTES,NOTHING HAPPENED.I HEARD A REPORT THAT MOST LIKELY IT IS THE H.O.T RECTIFIER,NOT SURE.IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEAS I WOULD APPRECIATE IT.THANKS.

Well Kevin gave us a model # to work with Kevins most likley only needs the high voltage spliter replaced, I do a little more than that, but kevin you could try this, remove the speaker grill, remove the front panel, do not disconectt any wires then on yore right you will find a black box with several wires leading to it Carfully remove the one with the RED eend on it, try to pull this as far out of the set as you can, keep it away fromm meatel or any other componets as you can, isolate it by either black tape or ( tollet papper tube with the bare end of the wire 1/2 way thu) then.............plug it in with the antena attached, if then the st starts and has audio ( there will be no PIX) your splitter is bad

THE CTC178 IS THE MODEL# ON MY SCHEMATIC.TV SET WILL NOT TURN ON.RELAY CLICKING,PLEASE HELP.

I have seen several replies by you on the ctc169. I have the PS52682 ctc171. It will not power on. When the power button is pushed while I am in the rear of the set I do hear a click or static coming from the right side. As you state on the ctc168 would this be a problem with the HV Splitter?

Did you find out what the problem is with your tv, i have a 46 inch rca projection and am having the same problem with mine model # P46730wk.

i too have the p46730wk projection tv. it will not power on..it worked fine nothing wrong with screen or any thing ..just has no power now.. im suspecting a serge blew a fuse some where,( if there is any) where would i find it and are the fuses soddered to board or replaceable? also have a 19 inch rca tv that has no power too ..thats why im suspecting a darn power serge in this house....PLEASE HELP ME IF YA CAN I CANT AFFORD AND REPAIRS right now.plz if ya can give me some ideas to check out on my own to rule some things out..thanks so much in advance..sincerely maria

I have the same problem with my projection Tv Model#p468lvlg2I need to know how to get the wire off the HV splitter? and which one is it there are 4 wires
