RCA PTV DEAD SET	Can't Post

I am working on an RCA P46721LV chassis PTK169PFA the set is dead no relay click.. I replaced CR4118 that was bad still no power, I have 134 volts at the collector of the HOT.. any ideas? Thank you

Remove the HV Lead to the Splitter (from the FBT) Isolate and try turning on the set, it may have a bad splitter (real common failure).
