RCA won't turn on	Can't Post

RCA big screen Model #P52731WK, Chassis #PTK169PGB. TV made a snapping sound almost like a stick breaking, and went off. TV will not turn back on, when power button is pushed to turn on the light in the middle of the button flashed but set won't turn on. Any help appreciated.

The 169 chasis is famous for destroying a device called the high voltage splitter ( PN# 205064 ) when this fails the set will shut down till it's replaced
