SONY WEGA KDF42WE655 optic panel?	Can't Post

I have a SONY WEGA KDF42WE655 LCD projection TV Oct/04. It shows a lot of tiny blue dots across the screen. I disassembled a bit of it to get a visual on the components. I see a panel board behind the main front panel where the power button touches. There are 3 small optic lenses, I'm guessing. 2 are damaged with scratches.
Is there a possibility that this is the cause of the blue dots? And if so, where could I get a replacement panel?
Any / all replies are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
