SONY wavy colors

I have a 5 year old Sony Rear Projection TV. I recently had my DSS system replaced with a TIVO unit. Shortly after, I've been getting diagonal waves of color across the screen. I'm not sure if my picture is going out or the guy who installed the TIVO messed something up. Any trouble-shooting tips are appreciated.
