Those who are repaired DLP....Is it a Lamp faulty symptom??,Actualy,I amn't familiar when Lamp fails..but have heard about error codes,resulting at most,in an lamp bad,or weak pic.
Any opinion,will be appreciated!

If you put the menu on the screen does it look like that as well or is it clear?

the picture looks solarized to me,which is probably a fault in the digital video processor.best to sit down before you ask how much that will cost.

Lamp and color wheel,I think are working(it has good pic and color)...probably DMD processor board??

There are two differant color wheel for these, for a simple term Samsung calles the the open and air colorwheels, what it looks like is the color wheel craped out and is not syncing with the video, seen this when we change them all to the air type wheel and have to recalibrate the tv, But if your sets never been serviced it needs it now, For GODS sake stay out of the service menu, this will not fix it
