Samsung (Studioseries) Dead Set

Hi, We are in of technical information for a Studioseries 42 rear projection tv Model number 42HD43A. We are told it is made by Samsung. We need to find replacement parts for the unit. We have found a (Samsung) model number of HCM4215 inside the unit. We have found the set to be dead except for the chime at power up and the red power LED blinking. Please let us know where we may find information on the unit. Thanks.
