Samsung HCL4715W	Can't Post

My Samsung Tv will not power on. I have checked power to the set and changed the power pcb. No change. I have a timer led on and hear a couple of clicks when I plug it in. &lt;br&gt;Anybody have any ideas? &lt;br&gt; Replaced Convergence IC's now I get three clicks when I plug in power. <br> <br>

These sets have many convergence problems. Change convergence ICs, Check fuses, etc.
