Samsung SP42W4HBX Convergance problem

Okay read just about enough threads to do with convergance problem but being that im as technical as a brick I decided to just take some pictures and see if anyone can confirm what the problem is.
I bought the tv earlier this year 2nd hand and now i can see why they probably got rid of it, but the problem was so slight at the time and rare. The perfect focus has never worked so ive always manually converged up untill two days ago when it went AWOL
The red and green are fine, the blue however is way of and causes double image in yelllow on screen.
It seems all the threads on here are in USA so is it possible to get the appropriate part and if so where and what part number?
