Sharp tv 37 ins model LC-3765M	Can't Post

I have a 37 ins LCD sharp tv model LC-3765M
The polarizing film on the screen got patches and do I need to replaced the polarizing film on the screen.
Can I removed the polarzing film on the screen without putting in a new one.
