Sharpvision xvzw99u Dust problem Can't Post

I have Sharpvision Projection TV. Every 1 1/2 yr. I have to spend -$350-400 for cleaning dust fron LCD panels etc. I do have service manual but doesn't explain how to clean dust etc. I have already replaced bulb twice. I am ok in electronics. Is there any diagram or "how to" clean books or instruction on this subject? I will appreciate.

U will need to compress out the fan and any other openings on the lcd projector. Also every 100 hours you should compress your filter.

I also have a XV-ZW99U... with a dust problem. I don't recommend trying to clean it yourself. There are dozens of lenses, some space only 2-3mm apart, requiring special brushes and chemicals... not to mention a dust free, sterile environment. Although , if you bought it at Tweeter, I don't recommend bringing it back to get cleaned. I did and got it back in even worse condition.I've posted numerous complaints against Tweeter for various reasons including not honouring their warantee. I recommend spending the extra couple bucks and send it to Sharp. Or, sell it on e-bay and get a newer, better one which likely won't have those problems.... and the bulbs last longer. In three years I've gone through four bulbs ranging in price from $200-700.

I also have dust problems and pixel fallout with my sharpvision. I have had this in to be cleaned twice and it looks worse.
I guess sharp does not stand behind their products.
