Sony KP-53S65 Flickers Colors and goes black and white	Can't Post

When watching tv, the screen flickers rainbow colors for about 30 seconds, goes black and white, and then comes back to color. This happens about every 2-3 minutes. I read about the convergence issue with sony, but when the colors are normal, it looks fine. What could the problem be?

What are you using for your signal source? (example: Satellite, Digital cable box, etc) Sometimes the digital equipment can cause this and it's not the TV (it's sometimes a fault with the digital box or sat. receiver). Try a DVD player and see if it's any different.
