Sony KP-57HW40 Color and Screen Problem

I just received a Sony KP-57HW40 Rear Projection HDTV. It's 57" and has a couple of problems that I didn't notice before I got it but very well may have been present.
1. The picture in the screen tilts downward to the right. It is most noticeable when there is a scoreline near the top or bottom of the picture.
2. The color seems a little offset making some blurriness. Especially for white lettering.
Can anyone tell me what is wrong? Could the problem have been created by moving it? Is it something I could fix myself ?(i'm pretty handy I,ve just never tried repairing a TV before) If not, can ou give me a rough estimate of cost to repair?
