Sony KP-65WV700 issue of Red Blue & Green Halo around everything in picture?	Can't Post

I recently had a repair man fix issue of Red curved lines on the TV about a month ago and now all of a sudden every object in the picure has a Red, Blue and Green thick line like a halo around it. Does this mean that the picture tube is gone bad and will need replacing? Trying to get a feel for how bad the issue is in terms of fixability and chances of it happening again after ifx if fix is possible.

Sounds like the optical coolant needs to be replaced. does your set have cathode ray tubes? If so its the tube coolant needs replacing. If you have lamps sounds like a convergence issue.
