Sony KP51HW40 shuts down "error code"	Can't Post

Ok the set was dead, found Q8038 and Q8035 near the flyback shorted. I replaced them and checked everything around them, all diodes/resistors & Caps, I also replaced the Flyback transformer. Now the set powers on but shuts down and I get the "error code" "8 blinks on the LED". I know this error to be High Voltage failure. What am I missing??

Does anyone have any info on this set? If the 8 blink's = high voltage failure and I replaced those parts why should I still have the error code?
