Toshiba 42H83 POP size adjustment

Hi All,
Hope someone can help me out. I just bought a Toshiba 42H83. Great TV. I was playing around with the POP feature. Normally the 2 pictures are the same and size and occupy the entire viewing area. I was monkeying with the remote and have somehow managed to reduce the size of the 2 POP pictures. Thus i have bars above and below when in this mode.
I have searched the manual and sat playing with the remote trying to readjust the picture size back to normal. So far no luck.
Anyone know how to fix this annoying mistake?
