Toshiba 43V9UE's Convergence problem.

Had my projection TV fixed recently due to the red portion getting distorted, technician had the board replaced and did all the adjustments in the service menu. Picture was good in TV mode. The next day, I realised that the convergence was out in AV mode. After adjusting, I switched backed to TV mode and it was out.
In other words, the convergence is in for one mode and out when I switch to the other after adjustments. Whats the problem?
