Toshiba 50H81 convergence problem Can't Post

I have a 50H81 model Television that has a blue shadow on all blue colored video areas. The automatic "Touch Focus" button was depressed to start the convergence calibration. The red and green colors complete their tests while the blue only completes the vertical portion of the test. The fault "Focus Touch error" is diplayed on the screen. A manual test cannot be completed as well. The convergence IC's (STK 392-110T) were bought to rectify the problem. Is it necessary to replace one or both IC's? If so which one? Is there any other circuitry that could be the root cause? The board designations for the IC's are Q751 & Q752. I am looking for a path foward before desoldering any components. Any input is appreciated.Unsure

Both IC's have been replaced. The problem is still the same: Blue horizontal test does not finish its convergence routine. THus, there is blue shadowing on screen during normal viewing. Any other supporting hardware that could be at fault? Such as fuses, resistors or capacitors? Mad
