Toshiba 51H83 Can't Post
I have a toshiba 51H83 chasis #TAC 0352 that the blue crt is extremely bright and has a black line burned in it. The other 2 crt's don't light up. If you turn them up a little they do come on. I thought maybe it was a coolant leak on the board but don't see any. Any help would be appreciated <br>
