My neighbor gave me this tv, said he just didn't have "room" for it. It gets the on-screen menu just fine, but none of the inputs seem to be getting a signal from and antennae or dvd. There is no sound except a slight hum if turned up all the way. The screen looks like thin blowing snow diagnally, very irregular. With the dvd playing sometimes the snow has color to it. Seems like too nice of a machine to trash. Is there hope for a cheap fix?
The neighbor said it works but "needs to warm up" and to just leave it on all the time. ?
