Toshiba 65h82 65" powers off intermittently

My TV powers off intermittently. It will go for a couple weeks and no issues, then start acting up for a day or so. Red power light stays on, then starts blinking, and there is no picture or sound. Sometimes turning the power off and back on or unplugging and plugging the unit back in will allow it to come back on. Usually leaving it off for an hour will work.
Any ideas?
