VS-45603 will not turn on Can't Post

Hi All,
I've posted this question before but I still have not made head way. I have a Mitsubishi VS-45603 that will not turn on anymore. It worked well except for an occasional screen bouncing. I had changed out the 9volt caps earlier to fix it before but I neglected to order one of the caps and ended up making due with a surface mount. I got a good chance to change the caps again and I noticed that one of the caps I had previously put in was backwards. So I put two new caps in with the correct polarity, I went to turn it on and the screen showed black with red words at the bottom talking about the power loss. Then I would try to go to the menu, but any button that I would press would make it freeze and become unresponsive. The guns were lighting up just fine. Then, shortly after, nothing works. I've established that the 30volts, 5volt standby, and 12volt standby are there. I've done the following:
Replace Q5A00,R566,C551 & R567.

REPLACE C957 820uf @ 180v ON MAIN BRD

Check for 10 vdc at pin 5 of IC502 if low, Check IC503 (Part # 270P704010 on the main PCB.

Check R529 .82 OHM 1/2 watt off pin 4 of flyback, if open check C411 2200 UFD @ 35V and IC 451 (Part # 270P064020) on the main PCB.
Replace IC931 LM2576 12V regulator
I'm not getting any signal from the off of pin 52 of IC700 on the signal board. What could tell it not to turn on the power? I've unplugged the yolks independently and it hasn't made a difference. I haven't been able to get it to do anything but take up space. Please help.

Have you looked into convergence yet?

Is there anything I can do to check convergence without pulling the ICs?

.

take it out to a nice restaraunt for a candle light dinner, then to a romantic movie. if it doesn't turn on then it's dead. bury it.
