Would YOU replce these resistors?

just unsoldered my STKs and ordered new ones
(was 8 dollar china, and 12 dollar sanyo, went for the sanyo)
i didnt unsolder any resistos so maybe its not an acurate reading
i measured all the resistors on the board, and there were only a couple that didnt have a twin next to them and two of them were slughtly out of spec (im also terible at math so maybe there not haha)
Red Violet Silver Gold
is .27 with 5% tolerance
my DVM says its .5 ohm i think that one has to be replaced and since its 5% i could grab that one at radio shack
but this next one i dunno
Orange White Green Silver Green
3.95 ohm but i got a reading of 5Mohm on my DVM
beena while since elctronics class what would you guys do?
