ZENITH -- PV4663RK --PROJECTION Television Can't Post

Hi, I have recently been able to pick up a rather old, (1995) ZENITH -- PV4663RK -- Projection Television set which unfortunately, is DOA. I looked over the obvious things and checked All Fuses, Connections, etc... as Good. However there does not appear to be any H.V. present(Set does nothing when plugged in and Power is applied, etc..) . So since I am totally New to Projection Television, where exactly should I begin troubleshooting, and in fact does anyone know if the H.V. Section on these Sets is prone to Failure after about 8 Years of Continuous Use ??? Or is there something else that I should first check ??? Also is there a Good Service Manual for this Set and if so, where can I get one and how much would it cost ???

Thank You.............

Check for a shorted HOT, if shorted replace the FBT, HOT and PS Diode feeding the B+.

I just got off the phone with Zenith they discontinued all the older analog rear projection tv parts most parts will be non-stock items subject to a 3-6 week turn-around after they recive the broken unit! They have a free service recall/repair on coolant gaskets too.
