hitachi 43fdx10b convergence issue

just replaced 2 stk chips and bad resistors. went to convergence menu the one with the cross hairs cannot move the blue far enough to the rt on center cross hair all the rest move ok have good picture but am getting a narrow blue band around heads sometimes on left side head and a pale yellow in rt side of head the blue just will not move far enough to the rt how do i get into the techanial svc menu to adjust color on this set thx
