hitachi 60vg825 lcd projection convergence question

My vg60 developed the blue dots and haze all over the screen, I found a donor 55vg and used the lcd panels from it to put in my 60
seems like everything went well, except the convergence is now off
picture is like a 3d movie LOL
I know how to access the service menu, but really dont know what to do from there
I figured it was better to ask, than much around and screw it up worse
