philips tv picture problem redish	Can't Post

I have a philips 50 in projection screen tv CRT projection TV - 50PP9202/17 it was sent to be repaired and when it came back the picture is more red than anything I have adjusted all settings and have even adjusted the red convergence can anyone help with this issue thanks!!

the grey scale is out of adjustment in the service menu.get them back to adjust it for you.

you need to access the service menu to reset the grey scale.this is tricky if you have not done it before.press 062596 index on the remote ,select GDE then select WHITE TONE. RGB cut offs and drive levels are listed but you really need a scope to do it properly.DONT adjust anything else in the service menu.press menu then switch off to memorise any adjustments.
