phillips projection tv keeps shutting off Can't Post

Our projection tv keeps cutting off. We turn it back on but it shut off again. The picture and sound is good if it would just stay on. The on/off switch blinks but the tv will not stay on. We have checked the timer and sleep mode. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

if the solder joint in the power supply is cracked or desoldered, so the Power Led of the Tv will go off also not the TV alone. This mean, nothing to do with power supply issue from TV itself

I have a same problem with my Panasonic CT34WX53 - 34" Widescreen TV. First I got one then I exchanged the second, they both same freaking problem. And right now I'm waiting for the 3rd one coming in 2 day later.

I will update my quote if I get the answere.

I have the same problem with my Toshoba TV - keeps shutting off.
When you talk of the Solders around the power supplies; Are these the solders from on the main power cable?
I appreciate your assistance.
