sony xbr1 4 blinking red lights

I have a KDS-R60XBR1 tv turned off on me had 4 blinking red lights in standby , replaced the lamp that did not work, took the back cover off checked both fans are running , in the mean time I had ordered 2 new fans don't think that will help any ideas on what is next.
