unable to adjust convergernce

Hi, I have a 3yr old Phillips Model 60PP9202/17F, while I was on vacation one of my kids friend who thinks he is a tech decided he was going to adjust my TV. I noticed that things didnt look right as soon as I turned the set on, my problem now is I am having troble with the (Blue Convergence) sometimes it looks like I have double blue crosses and if I adjust the blue screen it will be ok for a while and the go back to double's. Is this a bad convergence board? Or the blue raster?
Since my last post I have noticed a blue ghost, if I turn the set off and then back on the ghost will go away, please help!
