60-90 seconds for the bush logo to show is to long of a delay and it looks as if maybe a short when main tv starts up

update just try tv again after a few days & now it not taking 60-90 seconds. now it taking normal 20 seconds to go to bush logo for a few seconds then logo go's then it just shows a dark blue screen for few seconds then turns off then loops

Not US TV, but noticed Googleing that they DO sell a repair kit of electrolytic capacitors for PS. How 'quickly' did you check?

I just checked for sign of damaged caps and if there any dry joints and checked volts output and all to be ok
