As you can see, the wire is ripped off and the other is coming off too. I need to find this part so I can attach it onto my Vizeio VX37L TV. I have no clue on what the part is called, I have tried looking around and nothing.

If someone could please help me.

So this entire thing is called an AC Input? I can't find the wire part with the Input.

slinteriors;.....
WELCOME BACK !!!!
Long time no see....Unsure....

edwardj7337;.....

That most likely is called an "AC Interlock"....
From the pix , that looks like a simple solder repair would fix it...Smile...
How did that wire come off ???
Usually that never happens as it's attached to the chassis & does NOT move...

The TV was given to me, all it had that was a problem was that AC issue.

I think that would be my last resort, for me to solder it back, but I am not sure which would be cheaper. I also, looked up AC Interlock, but couldn't find any on Google. I called up Fry's and I am not sure if they have the part I am looking for, or just the socket itself, I am looking for the socket and wires as a whole.

Just take it to one of the last brick & mortar TV repair shops and ask them nicely to reattach the lead. If you're lucky they might not even charge you. Wink

edwardj7337;......

WHY don't you just take it to your local TV repair shop & let them solder it on ????
It should only cost you $1~2 USD for them to do it...
AND it would take seconds to do....
That certainly would be the cheapest & fastest way to solve the problem...

EDIT:...
You now have 2 votes for repair....

Funny , I found 5,050 listings...
NOT all are helpful....
NONE were for Vizio....Unsure....
A model number would really help in a search....

It was a Vizio VX37L, not sure if that's what you are asking. I think, I will go to a TV repair shop and ask them to solder it back. Now, to see if there are any around.

I see yyou have been back a few times....
Checking on your thread ???
I suspect you are waiting for a reply from me or somebody else....

There's no need for the model number as it is now not needed...

Did you find a TV repair shop yet ???

Good Luck....Sly....
