13" CRT Monitor with Tilted / Rotated Screen Can't Post

I have a 30 year old 13" CRT monitor where the screen is tilted/rotated to the right. As you can see in the photo, there is less space in the upper left border than the upper right border. The opposite holds true for the lower borders.

If it's a simple repair, I'd like to do it myself, but the last thing I want to do is get killed by a CRT monitor as I've always heard you shouldn't open them. Going to a repair shop certainly wouldn't be worth the money.

Thanks.

Easy repair. Loosen the yoke on the neck of the CRT and rotate it to level the display. Be careful, there are some voltages in there that will bite you.
