1984 GE 13" CRT worked for 2 weeks then suddenly died Can't Post

I picked up this set and after cleaning some pots and adjusting the picture it was working great. After playing NES on it one night it suddenly stopped working properly. When you press the power button the relay clicks and the tuner display comes on but no picture or sound. The tube filaments glow. I can hear high voltage and feel the static on the tube face. Tried reflowing quite a few solder joints and it looks like someone had previously soldered most of the riveted connections. Made sure everything looked ok but it still doesn't work! Any ideas?

Carefully flex that board with set turned on. May need to have eyelets (jumpers from one side of the PC board to the other) redone or one may have been missed.
