22" UMC power supply failure	Can't Post

Looking to repair
MODEL NO. : LK1060-004A pwer supply pcb, board supply at 12v with no load but fails under load.
Tv works ok on applied 12v from external bench supply. Suggestions please as to component failure.

This is way down the line from your original post so you have probably sorted things by now, but for anyone needing the info...
I had the same problem with a LK1060 power supply for a Technika (Tesco) TV, 12volts on no load and down to 3v on load. After research found that a common problem is the two output capacitors 1000/16v elects (domed tops where they had swollen) replaced them out for Ł0.60 and saved myself a fortune
