32pw6506/05 picture varying going off (phillips)

the only way i have got this to stay on is to increase A1,s
but i carnt find what courses it to vary picture quality ( this set does not contain the painter ic. )
phillips said check grid voltage ( was fine )
they dont know why it goes off if A1,s are correct. but slightly increase A1,s makes the set stay on.
just slight flyback lines.
anyone fixed any of these becouse phillips are just not helping.
( DONT BUY PHILLIPS SETS THIS IS THE FORTH ONE IVE SEEN IN TWO MONTHS )
