42" plasma relay clicks won't turn on

i have a 42 GFM plasma tv that won't turn on. i hit the power button and not even the led comes on. i can hear and feel the relay (RL101) click. i was checking to see if there where any common problems with this tv/board, or if anyone had an idea of where to start. thanks.
