47" RCA - Audio, no video - Please help

Hello,
Here are the facts:
1. I am a novice
2. There is no video, including the guide or otherwise.
3. There is audio
4. The bulbs do not light at all
5. Model #P46770CK
6. Serial # 516286119
I just had it fixed in November and it cost $350. The set was completley dead at that time. The shop I brought it to replaced the "power supply". I did notice the socket for the power cable had been changed (it was a different color).
If you have any suggestions that would save me another $350 trip to the shop, I would appreciate it.
