50" Samsung LED issues

I have a 50" Samsung LED TV model UN50J6200AFXZA
All the sudden I got a blank screen when I turned it on.
Now I get this when I turn it on:

After maybe a minute the screen does this:

I tried the flashlight test and cannot see the TV menu.
I was thinking it needs a T-con board but I am not really sure. The back light seems to work but that small white mark on the bottom left of the screen (in image) has me confused.
Any suggestions?
