55 Inch Panasonic TV issues, might be powerboard but need some help Can't Post

So I purchased a TV thinking that the fix would be simple, but it turns out it's not as easy as my other repairs have been. I'm running into issues with what I believe is the power board. The model number of the TV is TC-558s680u and I have gotten two blinks on the LED indicator when plugging the device into the wall. By Panasonics guide, that would indicate something wrong with the power board. I begin troubleshooting by plugging the device into the wall and holding the power button for 10 seconds which is then illuminated the screen with a gray tint and a solid red LED indicator. The TV however would not function with any buttons pressed and would turn off about 2 minutes after eliminating the screen. I am now at the portion of having removed the power board and tested the fuse which is good. I am now at a loss of where to proceed, so this is where I need help.
