 Have an Akai 27" cts2550 TV, 2 weeks over warrenty(1 year),wife turned on(Okay Post Jokes Now) No Sound.Speakers andAudio Jacks put out nothing,seems likes its on permanent "'mute". There is "noise "(click)going to speakers when mute is turned on and off. The SOUND Menu screen has totally changed,it only displays Auto Volume, when before it displayed turbo sound,surround and custom options. The Function Menu screen now displays Demonstration instead of V-Chip options.Could it be that this TV is Stuck in some kind of Diagnostic Mode(like for store display)???? Any help would be great! Should I blame Mars?
