Apex color,crt,mdl#AT1302 Can't Post
After many months of theoretical work about tv,i have now finally gotten the opportunity to put those theories at work ,but i will not be able to do so all by myself so I am looking forward to any help you guys can give.
This is my very first real go at an actual tv, APEX,MDL# AT 1302. The problem is that there is no picture or sound but
menu is possible on screen.TV has blue screen when turn on.
I have replaced IC N101(LA76814)for a new one,after i did some online research but the problem remain same.
Any help?

P:S, I have in my position the service manual for said TV.
