Aquos main board switch still nothin	Can't Post

Hello first post. Have a aquos sharp LLC-c46700un. Power light blinking. Tried all the reset sequences and had some different blinks but nothing else. Pulled the back and found that the power supply had 5v standby power but nothing else on the wires heading to the main board. I put a new main board in it and now it clicks like it's trying to turn on but it eventually gives up. While its trying to turn on I do get volts out of other wires leaving the power supply. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the article. Tried the input and vol- while plugging in still no change. I can hear it trying to turn on but nothing on the screen
