Backlights intermittently work sometimes. Why? Can't Post
Insignia - 55" Class (54.6" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - HDTV
Model: NS-55D421NA16


tv will work fine 'perfect' but randomly no picture but I have audio. when this happens I can see a faint picture visible only with flash light I checked the LED’s voltage all of them check out no issues. This particular tv only has one board. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Bill...

It sounds like a short in the backlights, even if they individually test fine. You could try replacing the circuit board but I beleive the root cause is your LED backlight strips.
