Bauhn 21inch not turning on	Can't Post

Hi,
I have a 21inch Bauhn TV. It has been setup and then unplugged and put away.
Trying to re-setup.
Plugged in. LED indicator light is red. I press the power on remote or on the back of the tv. Indicator turns blue for a second and then flicks back to red.
No picture appears on screen.
Does this mean it is faulty or is there something else that can be done?

"About 25,900 results (0.40 seconds)"

I, nor most techs, do not have the time to look through so many results. Unimpressed
