Big Schematic problems

trying like hell to find a schematic on this board so i can replace the right parts.
i have tried to order the complete circuit board but suppliers are saying it is not available anymore, or that it is on backorder and when they should receive it is a mystery. The board i believe is an aux power supply or ptv convergence board. the original part number for the board is 252474 i have been told that the newest number is 250686. any help would be very very appreciated since i have been working on this problem to long.
