Blurry and shaky CRT TV

Hi everyone!
I got several CRT TV's I got for free. I use them to play my older video game systems. All of the TV's I got have a blurry and "shaky" picture. I know there are some adjustments I can do by opening the TV case and turning the little knobs, wich I did, the picture got a little better, but it is still shaky. I know these are old and probably not worth reparaing, but everytime I get a free TV, it always seems to have a problem with it.
The particular model shown in the video is a Toshiba TV21C30.
